How to Create an Animated Gif Using Photoshop

Open Photoshop 5.5 and create a new image file measuring 100 by 100 pixels. Set the resolution to 72 pixels per inch and the mode to RGB color.
Choose Show Layers from the Window menu. This will bring up the Layers floating palette. Select the pencil tool. Use it to draw a picture. Click on the Layer palette's submenu arrow and select Duplicate Layer.
Click on the eyeball icon to the left of the bottom layer on the Layer palette. Use the pencil tool to add to the image on the top layer. Select the erase tool to remove part of the image. Under the file menu, select Jump to, and then Adobe ImageReady 2.0. Save when prompted.

I'm new to this world of graphics and had done some image and saved it as jpg file format. I had never done gif images and really desperate to prepare gif images. Thanks for your tips I am gone try it and share over here later.

I think that the animated .gif allows a designer to inject movement into webpage graphics to draw the attention of the viewer. I think that you should search on Internet for creating Animated Gif Using Photoshop.

Ok actually you just edit in photoshop and save all then edited frame in layer and then open this file in adobe imageready and now you can give then time and duration in your GIF image and save this file as a .gif and your gif image is ready.
