I am wanting to learn how to remove an object and paste to another picture. Is there anyway to reposition the object after you paste (make smaller, move to a different location, ect). Thanks so much!
Yes there is. When you paste it, PASTE AS A NEW LAYER. Then you can move it, resize it, anything you want to do with it. Smile
I figured out how to get one image to another (paste as new layer) but how do I resize the new layer? Thanks so much!
Go to Image>Resize...put in the dimensions you want but be sure to UNcheck 'Resize all layers' at the bottom (I have v8, you may have to look for where your 'resize' option is).

After selecting an object to be pasted into another image you can use the Raster Deform Tool to resize or rotate the object, then just Paste as Selection in your second image. You can reposition and resize there, too.
