I've posted a couple of times, I use to use PSP 7 years ago and now I'm back to using it again I've forgotten how to do a lot of the neat stuff I use to do.

Does anyone know how to make a rain or water drop, transparent over a pix or text ?

ah thanks, there is a way to do it without purchasing software, which I don't want to do. Darn I wish I could remember all these tricks I use to do, we did it all by hand not purchasing anything extra... and I just can't remember.
