i know how to download brushes..but i guess im retarded cuz dont know how to do texts. anyone help?

By Texts I expect you mean fonts. In any windows but Win & if a Font is opened in Windows explorer It will be available in the drop down fonts list in PSP along with Microsoft Office and many other applications.
Alternatively you can install them to your fonts folder In windows. PSP does not have or need its own fonts folder It uses the windows folder.
Win 7 demands that a font must now be installed before if can be used This means that the fonts folder could become rather large if you keep adding a new font even if you only need it twice a year. But Have no fear http://www.ampsoft.net/utilities/FontViewer.php Will temporally install fonts and then remove them to a Storage folder of you chose.
One other point worth mentioning. If your using temp fonts. If you open a psp image with vector text like say a Nav Button and that font is no longer installed will be substituted by Ariel. And i cant remember if you get a warning In Psp You certainly don't in word

thanks for replying..i found my font folder, and i moved the texts that i downloaded into that folder. they still dont show up in corel. anything im doing wrong?

ohh...never mind. i figured it out. was using the wrong font folder. thanks for ur help!

Not sure If you have it sorted But Fonts are installed. The way to do it is right click on the font and you will see the word Install Click that
