How to create a cyborg with Paint Shop Pro - video tutorial

cyborg human In this video tutorial we will learn how to create cyborg with Paint Shop Pro. For this video demonstration I used a photo of my youngest son Greyson. In this tutorial you will create several raster layers, use the cut out tool, and apply drop shadows.

    it doesnt work.. what will i do.. when im goin to click ok after in effects it wasnt appear in the screen.. =(
