Free Paint Shop Pro Light Effects Plugin: Luce

The free Luce plugin allows you to add advanced lighting effects to photos and text. Can be used as a standalone lighting plugin or used in conjunction with Animation shop to create animated light effects. You can download this free plugin and manuals at http://amicoperry.altervista.org/luce/main.html. This plugin is compatible with both Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. To install simply download the zip file and extract the luce.8bf file in your plugin directory. If you are not sure where your default plugin directory is located then just open up PSP and Goto File > Preferences > File Locations > Plug-ins.

    I read similar article also named int Shop Pro Light Effects Plugin: Luce | Paint Shop Blog, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
