Picnik is online image editor that allows you tweak your photos. It has a very easy to user interface that will allow you to do things such as crop, auto enhance, add special effects, fonts, frames, and shapes to your photos. It is completely free to use and supports the major photo sharing sites such as, Flickr, Facebook, photobucket, Picasa, and webshots. (Meaning you can upload your edited images directly to your favorite photo sharing from within the Picnik interface.
